Nice job...take to the next level and wire tie the skirts...Look awesome though. Cannot see but do you have a good bait keeper on their as well? Love to skip these bad boys under docks, and need a good bait keeper to keep any trailer from sliding down the hook.

Send me one like the bottom, but in green pumpkin and I will test it out for you. I always have one tied on

Looks good man, where do you buy your blades at? cant seem to find any that are bent like that.

Re: Vibrating bladed swim jig - 03/13/17 05:00 AM

I put the bend in the blade. There are no blades out there that I have seen that have a bend in them.

Re: Vibrating bladed swim jig - 03/14/17 01:31 AM

Oh ok, I tried that on some of the blades I had and the black nickle finish flaked off

I ruined quite a few of played blades before I finally figured out that you had to slow slow on the bend. I do not use any type of pliers...A vice and some muscle.

I'll try that, thanks Alan

That is a very good bait..Love the red craw. The bent blade reference was finding bulk purchase of blades.

Those look great. I like the big eyes on them. If you don't mind me asking, which mold are you using?

Got me some and they are the real deal fellas.

I am a blade finatic, always have at least one tied on if not more and I have tried them all. With the exception of a few of the originals this is about as close as it gets. Good stout hook too, probably the best part

Re: Vibrating bladed swim jig - 07/06/17 01:40 PM

I thought the blade had to be attached to the jig with a split ring. These baits look great. Was I just crazy for thinking that? haha

I make them for myself & don't sell any.

Re: Vibrating bladed swim jig - 07/06/17 07:57 PM

New color head & blade combinations I have been playing with. This is something I do for fun & mess around with. Make them for me & give a few away to close friends. I'm retired, I have no desire to do this as a business. Bottom left is Watermelon head & blade. Have not had a chance to throw the weedless vibrating jig yet, curious to see how it works.

This isn't true even if you make it for your self it's still patent infringement and they can sue you if they chose to.
