Eagle Mountain Beast

Eagle Mountain Beast - 07/25/17 10:29 PM

I just caught the biggest white bass I've ever caught on EML.

If I want to submit for a lake record, what's the process? It's at least 22" long.

I sure hope you are right about your fish but it sounds like a hybrid. contact the lake patrol about certification. good luck. let us know how it plays out.

It feels/looks like 1 tooth patch with a slight split in it, and I can only see a single line from end to end.

that is a hybrid. i don't think you would break the record by 4 inches. the record is a 18" fish caught
in 1990. That would probally be a world record sandbass. But it is a nice fish. It has two tooth patches.

Looks like a Hybrid from My lake! Probably when the floods hit and Bridgeport dumped all the fish overboard. Fishing here is not very good and has not been since then. Have fun catching them because they are real fighters. Good Catch!!! smile

Hybrid, Lake Bridgeport Class 0f 2015.....

BP does not have the pure numbers it once had, but they are big. One has to look hard and be patient to get them. Boated 5 Hybrids over ten pounds in June.
