I would avoid Eisenhower right now and find something more up lake or on the OK side. Fish won't be down there yet in big numbers. Might catch some local crappie or smallmouth. By the end of may or June is will be a hot spot, at that time you can fish the points off the marina cove or the swimming area by the butterfly coves. Night fishing is best, as the water is super clear and the fish won't come shallow much in the day.
Water temp yesterday in the main lake was only 61.

Fished Eisenhower today.... Don't waste your time for a while. Unless you want to catch smallies.

Don't feel bad. I made that mistake one day in early april. There were a few fish in the marina but that was it.

Can't buy a bite in that area right now. It will change.

Might try Fobbs Bottom across 377 bridge on OK side. This time of year you can catch chem up there from shore.

Wow
We went to an area around Preston Point. Had my best day on Texoma. Not on numbers but SIZE. Caught several 30" give or take a 1/2". Limited out on 19" box fish too.
