Free Burnet County ramp on lake Buchanan is OPEN
To LBCC members,

As most of you know, the LBCC has been working with Burnet County Commissioner Bill Neve in an attempt to have the Burnet County boat ramp at White Bluff extended. It’s a real pleasure to announce that, as of today, LCRA has certified the ramp as being “USEABLE” and has posted it as such on the LCRA website. Several months ago, LBCC offered to assist Burnet County with the ramp by paying for cement and steel to top the new ramp. This amounts to $2,000.00 which will be donated to the county tomorrow at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Commissioners Court.

We feel this is an accomplishment to be proud of since the ramp opening will directly increase activity on the lake while giving a really needed boost to overall morale!!

Thanks to all who helped!
Ron Abshier, Vice President

Yes it is. I checked it out day before yesterday. Looks useable. Lots of boas out from that park the last few days.

Also be aware there is a curve in the ramp.
