I'm not good enough to post a report but I figure I'll give what info I got.
Finally caught something on Benbrook, 5.05lb hybrid. Caught on shad at about 25feet in 35foot deep water. Putted all over the lake and kept seeing stuff at that depth, as soon as I got to 25ft deep water the fish finder cleared, bump over 25 and they started showing up.
it's a little windy, around sunrise it started to die down some but it's still blowing out there, nice enough to be cool.
Sand bass were also schooling off and on, even on the surface which is supposedly rare for benbrook lake. I found two schools but couldn't get em to bite any aritficials.
All that said, yay my dryspell is over :P

I'll probably go back out tonight. 
Left out of marina with clients, about 100 yards under way and all of a sudden had now power. The ole Verado decided to quit running, Fuel issues of some sort, Had to use the trolling motor to return to dock. Customers understood ( they are boat owners)
