For big striper I use a 4 1/2" Tallywhacker.. They can't stand it!

Lure - Rapala #9 Shad Rap silver and black. #7 Glue glass works good also.
Sassy Shad Some shade of Chartruse with 3/4 or 1 oz head on down rigger.
