Today's Report Click Here

Most fish are holding to structure about 18-28ft. Also look shallow for shad and the fish will be there. I had to spot them with the graph a couple of times they where laying right on bottom. Little bumps then they would get bigger as we slabed them up.

Fish sitting on bottom

Fish stacked up on a hump

If you notice on this one the old river runs beside it, fish use this as a high way.

On this one you will notice a depth change with old river bends that run beside it.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the informative maps, John. Now I do not have to follow Ruben next Saturday.

I'm telling you. Y'all are gonna be wasting your time following me or my Yellow Tahoe around on Saturday!! JV4Nitro is the one y'all need to be following. He fishes Hubbard way more than me and always has the infamous John Varner on his boat!! grin

Heck, I might just go ahead and concede the tournament to Team Nitro now!! flehan

Follow me? Well, if big yelow bass is what you are after, I'll put you on them thumb Too bad the upcoming tourney isn't for the largest yellow bass, because I've got those spots down coolio

Just follow the Yellow Tahoe and you'll catch the big ones. That's what I'm going to do, but in stealth mode welcome

You can go with the Lowrance
X-510c

or a little more you can have GPS with the Eagle 640c
Eagle® FishElite 640C or 642C Color Sonar/Chartplotters

or if you do not mind not having color the Eagle 480 Eagle® FishMark™ 480 Fishfinder

You want at least 480X480 pixel... I do suggest color, way better to see in the sun. The Eagle 640c is a great combo. Also you want the best graph on the consol to find the fish, once you locate them you can stay on top of them with the one on the trolling motor. Waht are the graphs you have now?
