Danny, I'll check and see if we can open the pavillion early for the captains' meeting. I know when they have bass tournaments they're there before daylight. I think the 'normal' hours are 8am-10pm.

Any one fishing this weekend now that maybe the wind might die down a little?

Yep, Yep! Looking good for this evening also.

I did not know there were Stripers in Belton. I have caught Whites and Hybreds but never any Stripers.

Team "Hooked Up" will be there.

Legal hybrids and whites over 18" are ok within ANY TSA tournament...it's just lake-dependent.

Belton Lake free agent is available. Been demoted by fishing buddies wives . Looking for an open seat on another team. Yes I have lake knowledge and my own gear if needed. SEND PM.

Gate attendant said we are a "GO" for opening up early.

Everyone will be likely be weighing hyrbrids. I caught one 3 pound striper crappie fishing out there about 15 years ago, but that's the only one I've seen in literally hundreds of trips. Hybrids over 10 though are not unheard of here and are pretty numerous.

Can't wait boys...Mr. G, do I need to bring Allen an extra pair of shades and pack of smokes?

Nawwww....Fishtracker's gonna be here doin his damage this weekend. He'll be gone by T time. Alan can always use more blue cans though. Don't bring any of that 3.2 Oklahoma carp.

My clan is planning on spending the rest of the day down there. May have to hook up the wakeboard after weigh-in.

Sure you can catch bait before...but....you have to tell Danney and I were you caught it!

We'll be there saturday morning, what is the entry fee? Decided to skip or club tourney at tradinghous(that lake sucks btw) were going to go after smallies and those green fish but might make a donation. I'll be in a black toyota tacoma/white and red skeeter sx180, say hey if you see us.

We came in third. Thats all I know, lol. Here are a few pics. I'm sorry I had to leave for a minute and missed the last part of the weigh in and I had the camera with me. We really enjoyed fishing with you all today.

Whoo Whee, what a long a$$ day, just got home after the Tourney and visiting with family in Belton! Congrats again to team F4F, we ended up tying Nauti Pilots for 5th place. Good to meet some of the BB'ers, may try to sneak out there again on Sunday....

I took about 50 pics. I will try to post more later. I don't know if we will make it out tomorrow or not. I think John will have a headache, lol.

Oh yeah, that was some awesome chicken y'all cooked up!

Team Family Style just drug up at the house. This is a tired (good Tired)bunch. We had a ball and Belton is a great fishing lake. I am not sure who cleaned all those fish yesterday but.....Thaaaaaaaanks I don't mind cooking but cleaning and then cooking is alot of work.

I could have used a big plate of that fish when I got home last night, lol. Sandy, love your new team name, lol. Looking forward to doing more tournaments. I need the recipe for those jalepenos. They were really good and something different.

Mix 50% white vinager and 50% yellow mustard.Rinse (Don't Marinate)japs in vinager and mustard and then coat and fry.Serve with
