Cedar Creek Hybrid Report

Cedar Creek Hybrid Report - 07/05/22 04:35 PM

Had a chance to get back on the water the past couple weekend for some much needed hybrid fishing. The lake is fishing great with a healthy class of hybrids at just about every size up to 7 lbs. With the lake low make sure you take a look at extended fingers on humps that would typically be 28' to 32'. They are right in the sweet spot on a low lake year! Live bait was king but 2oz slabs, deep cranks, and sassy shad did the trick as well. I hear 500K hybrids are being stocked in the lake this year. That is exciting!

If you want to learn how to target hybrids on Cedar Creek or just take part in some drag pulling action give me a shout.

This is awesome. I’m here on CC for the week and would love to get in contact about fishing for hybrids. Usually I fish on texoma for stripers. So curious how different it is for hybrids.
Private message me please.
