Whitney vs Buchanan?

Thinking of spending Black Friday hunting striper. I live in Killeen. Seems like the two lakes closest to me with striper, bit in opposite directions is Buchanan and Whitney. Any advice on which ones better? And any tips on how to Target them? If anyone is planning on fishing that Friday and want to tag team it let me know!
