Very nice John. I loved my trip up there with you and wished I could have gone this time as well.

Your right Todd, the fish were not quite as big, however we did not fish the trophy area that we did together. The guide tells me that the lake is in a down cycle right now. The fish in the pictures are smaller than recent years but lost of fun. A 12 lb hybrid is a blast anytime and we found those in huge schools, catching them like white bass here. Stripers are in the 15 to 25 lb range, not quite the 30 and 40 pounders we are use to, but great fun anyway. There is a place I have not fished for a couple years that produces 50 pounders.

My sister lives in Tennessee, and I've been thinking of going to visit her and doing some striper fishing while I'm there. Is there a guide service you use or could recommend?

Send PJ a PM, DC. PJ is a good guy
It all depends what you wish for, size or number or both will determine the body water and the guide. But i am guessing it will be mostly be live bait. But I want to see you catch a TN 50# striper on a #4 and 10# line test
