Canyon Water Temp 55 - 12/07/20 02:37 PM
That's about all I have to report.
Went out to do more tinkering with my new XI5 than fishing.
Once I decided to go look for some fish, I came across a stranded boater (guy with his son). They said they had been trying to get someone to help them for over 2 hours and nobody would stop. I towed them across the entire lake to get them back to Potters where they launched at. By the time we got there I was out of time so I booked it back across the lake because I launched at the opposite end.
Fish wise, I came across a few small schools busting the top. They were short lived. Seemed to always be on the very end of a point.
When your out, I would encourage you to not ignore people who are stranded. You don't have to take them all the way to their truck but you can at least get them to a marina or ramp.
I've been stranded before and in a situation where people are blowing past you and not stopping. That's not fun.
