Lewisville sandbass - 11/17/20 01:22 PM

Where have the Lake Dallas sandbass gone? Have fished the cut and all over Lake Dallas part of Lewisville and pick up 1 or 2 here and there with no schools found. Where specificly on the Lake Lewisville side has anyone had any luck, especially during the day. I hear they are in 25 - 30 ft water but Lewisville is a big lake. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I spent two days trying to find them. I did see large schools that all had lock jaw. I'm done wasting time.

two weeks ago there were fatties to be had. Since then I've had the exact same experience. Last Saturday I found a school with the splasher in 40FOW. 8 nice catfish on slabs and teasers.
I feel for the guides on this lake. My experience is Lewisville is hot or NOT.
good luck.

Lewisville Friday produced 2 sandbass. Roberts on Saturday produced 8 crappie and 12 sandbass on slabs.
Threw some jugs out and caught a couple 8 - 10# blues.
