When??Choke Canyon whitebass

Which month will be the best time to go after the white bass on the Frio part of Choke Canyon? How was the run last spring?

The Nueces and the Frio typically get cranked up later in January, hot and heavy in February, and then trickle off towards March....but it can start as early as right now...depends on the water temperature and flows in the river....

you never know till you go...and don't forget to post up a report, good or bad if you do...

Thanks for the info. I will be fishing there on the week of Spring Break in March but I may need to go in February. By March, I am sure that the run is about over.
