This striper was caught at PK this week by my neighbor's grandson over by the boy scout camp. More proof I was wrong about all the stipers going over the dam. I'm still not catching any though.

My deductive reasoning would imply fish taken in shallow water on either a crank or buck tail, prolly bass fishing !
