Splasher Props

Where can i get a splasher prop for a small trolling motor, or are they home made. Thanks for any info.

Those splasher props look good as advertised on here.

I just built one out of 3/8 inch plastic that is in the outline of a standard prop. Without the right tools not sure how a guy could build one. I used a ban saw with a thin blade then sanded it down till it was balanced according to a lawn mower blade balancer.....just in case you have a desire to try and build one yourself that info may be helpful.

I’ve heard of a lot of people just using a regular prop and half way set it in the water and not even mess with a splasher prop..[Linked Image]

Thanks for the kind words Champion Fish and the mention, Fishin Time, I started making them after two fabulous winter trips with Lake Livingston Adventures guide service.
Michael made a believer out of me when he forgot to turn on splasher after a reset on a drift, when he flipped on the switch, within just a few seconds, every rod in the boat went down with a hybrid hooked up. thumb thumb
