Epic Fishing on Lake Travis!

The fishing on Lake Travis has been amazing the last few days! Saturday I had clients hook up with a double, both fish were over 13LBS. We ended up with once shy of a limit since we ran out of bait and had a few bust the line... One pulled so hard it snapped a rod in three pieces!

Last night was just as fun, I had a client out with his two sons. Everyone caught fish, including this huge 16.5 LBS Striper the dad caught!

This is the 1st report I recall seeing from Travis. Is there decent white bass fishing there? Does it have hybrids? My son lives there, and I'd be interested in fishing Travis if I could catch some fish during the day on Mepps spinners (I don't prefer fishing with bait).
