Fun day Monday at FPH + (cartoon)

After work, I made a run to FPH. The fish weren't biting. I tried a spot called the island where Respect the Fish Clay said he saw a bunch. I always thought that area was full of catfish and I was right. I foul hooked several smalls and one decent blue by the tail. I then went to my favorite 22-foot spot and slew them at 6:30 pm. I started catching so many I went live on FaceBook. They were ripping my hooks off Live.

Nice! lol. That cartoon is great man! Looks like you had a decent trip! I'm tempted to go catfish that island cuz once I finally figured out they were catfish too I changed my tactics and it didn't take long to catch them on cut shad! But its so hard turning down fishing for hybrids out there isn't it!? lol Was that screen shot of the catfish? Thats about what I found over the southern tip of the island and swore they were a huge white bass school hugging the bottom only to find out I was wrong once I finally dropped some shad down there.
