Once we found them it didn't take long to limit out.

What exactly is a three way rig?

tie a three way swivel to you main line and then attach a deep diving crankbait with a I foot leader to the second eye of the three way swivel. Then, attach a spoon trailer with a 2 foot leader to the third eye of the three way swivel.

basically a poor man's downrigger.
