Only caught two small ones. No birds working or schooling. Calm water.

It was just like I hoped. Fished from about 930-100. Had around 60-70 shad to bait up. Caught on almost every one. Ended the day with 9 20-21”ers. All hybrids. Not one silly sand bass. It’s only gonna get better from here.
Oh yeah, one of them I hooked up with today had the most fight in him I’ve dealt with. Took almost 10 minutes to get him in boat.
