Eisenhower State Park/Ray Roberts pier?

Thinking about taking a Good Friday fishing trip. In the past I have gone to the pier at Ray Roberts. Has anyone had any luck on this pier? If so, what were you throwing? How about Eisenhower State Park at Texoma? I thought about going to one of their piers. Best guess as to how deep the water is at the end of each of the piers?

Ray Roberts pier is closed due to high water so I would check tpwd before heading there this weekend.
