Looking to book a trip after Christmas, before new year. Will be 3 adults and a 5 year old that is ate up with fishing. Will y'all throw some recommendations out there. Also, how is the fishing that time of year, live bait or dead sticking?

Michael Littlejohn, Mat Cartwright and Trent Miller stay swamped this time of year. Pull the trigger and get a deposit headed their way or you will end up with a sub-par guide !

Andrew Taylor. He’s awesome with kids. My 11 yo son doesn’t love to fish but loves to fish with Andrew.

We went out with Matt Cartwright the day after Thanksgiving. He marked big fish. No takers on slabs, sassy shad or a quick troll. He knew of a bay with big Shad about 5 -6 inches The largest I ever used with a guide and he said his first bait trip in months. We caught about 120 Hybrids and 6 stripers. No Sand Bass. The largest Hybrid was 25.5. inches. Most were around 23-24 inches. I would recommend Matt. He has a facebook account and was Live from Tawakoni. We had Ben who is 10 years young and John who is 79 years young with two between. We had a blast.
