That is a very very nice fish. The video is calling them Bluegill/Redear mix. Wish we had those on the Guadalupe.

Just past the wake zone from the I-35 boat ramp! Fourth dock right hand side.
Side Note: I wish the water bodies down here could produce GIANT Bluegill/Redear like those in Arizona.
We do have plenty of 1 plus pounders though.
