Bluegill still spawning on Joe Pool Lake

The sunfish are still on the beds at Lynn Creek on Joe Pool. The fish are running small. I really miss the grass beds. The big ones used to hide out in the edges of the grass, but no more.

They are spawning here in South Central Texas as well. Seeing a lot of Bluegill on beds.




Side Note: Will not be surprised if we see a spawn in September or early October.

Still seeing a lot of sunnies on nest. Also the Rios are starting to school.
