This weekend I visited the newest state park. See my blog at

The lake has never been stocked with Sunfish, but the park superintendent assures me the fishing is excellent.

i am bringing some 1st time campers to PK state park, in June
i am afraid there will not be any water at all

That place is pretty close to home. So do you have to call ahead and get permission to fish it?
