Fishing with TuN3R

Fishing with TuN3R - 12/02/11 10:34 PM

Caught up with TuN3R at Comanche Park (Salado Creek). The bite was decent to good at times.

We caught all kinds of fish, greens, warmouths, gills, bassgills and a few tree and branch gills along the way too!

I caught a lot of longears on some mealworms I ordered off the Internet. I asked TuN3R if he wanted to use some...retorting in that TuN3R Nepalese way he said "No, I don't use those things, that stuff is not for me!". grin

TuN3R with one of the prized warmouths he caught...

and a Rio...

Non hybrid longears don't get big. 6" is typical for a mature adult.

The one in the second picture is a pretty big fish for that breed.

That's what it's all about the fun. thumb

Sometimes big fish is just luck. I envy those that have the time to fish often.

But I just love colorful fish.

I hear that! One thing about the sunnies is they put those colors on display for all to see. I like the big ones. I like the techni-colored ones. Heck, I like the big, tecni-colored ones!
