Too hot 🔥 (6-26-22)

To fish during the day so we headed out in the evening to one of our honey holes, and it's looking very sad. We need rain so badly. The bite was slow but it felt good to be back on the water after a month. The tragedy in Uvalde touched home. Our niece Lexi 💛 was one of the 19 students murdered that day and our nephew Noah was shot on the shoulder, and now on long road to recovery both mentally and physically. Please continue praying for our hometown of Uvalde and all the families affected by this senseless act of violence.









We caught 11 fish all on 1/32 and 1/16 oz JIGLYF jigs.
All fish were released to swim another day.

That is so sad Yesenia, sorry for the loss. So senseless and could of been prevented. Hope all of you recover.

God will heal as he always does. I would have never believed anything like what had occurred would have ever taken place in Uvalde. Pure evil visited Uvalde. I will continue to pray for you and Leo as well as all of the victims in Uvalde. Jesus Christ will always be with you and Jesus Christ will be the final judge. As I always say. "The Lord Jesus Christ has control!

Our deepest condolences for you and y'all's family, Yesenia. We are, it seems, worlds away, but the tragedy still brought Sunny K and I to a quiet place of reflection & prayer for all of our friends and family back home in TX and all over as well. We will continue to have y'all in our prayers and hope to be home soon to help shoulder the burden.
