Thanks Yesenia! Apparently they get over 30” and 20 pounds. K really wants to catch one over 25” since she has before but didn’t know about the big fish citation in Delaware. Glad you liked the vid!

Looks like Sunny Lady is using a new St Croix rod while Sunny Man is sticking with old faithful...any thoughts on how they compare ?

Yeah, Sunny Lady is using her 6'6" St Croix Premier ML power and Fast action. I was using my St Croix Panfish series 6'9" UL power fast action. Sunny K wants an all around rod that she can take just about anywhere freshwater and she can fish the way she wants. My rod is more specialized for actual ultra light fishing. Her combo does tend to be the best well rounded and can more easily cast larger than 1/16th oz baits better than mine and can handle bobber rigs and other rigs better than mine. I can better snipe and handle longer casts of super light baits better than hers. If you want an all around stick for a combo, Sunny K's combo is super hard to beat. We may even get it into some light inshore fishing to show its versatility.

The pickerel are definitely willing to bite and can be fun, but can also be disappointing if you think you have a big bluegill or crappie on.

Sunny K normally doesn't the unhooking and fish posing pictures for us because she normally has the camera and the right set up. Also, she doesn't have anyone in front of her, so you see all fish & scenery. Thanks for the support Leo!!

Definitely trying, Chuck. Mr Wind & Capt Cold are still in effect here, but we are trying to brave it!

Haven't tied into a NP yet, but Sunny K get ahold of a Tiger Musky. We got lots of Chain pickerel on the Delmarva peninsula, but you have to know which lakes and creeks to go too. Apparently they are lots of them in the more swampy sections of the East Coast.
