Nothing beats fresh fish! Love those tacos. Nicely done.

Side Note: I had tacos the other day with some of the Rainbow Trout that I had caught. I had smoked them. Needles to say they were FANTASTIC!

Mmmmhhmm! Thanks Laker One! Im not one for trout, but i have had smoked salmon and that was pretty good.

Side note: Its actually 1c sour cream, an avacado, 1/2 the bunch of cilantro, a tiny garlic, salt and pepper, 1serano or you can use half and juice from a whole lime put everything in a blender and blend till creamy. I just reused container. Try it, you'll like it put it in my sandwiches also.
