Fishing time with granddaughter

Our son and granddaughter went to the house on Sunday to do a little fishingl.










All fish were released to swim another day. Choice if bait, worms. We had a great day

Very nice. She is a cutie. Looks like she is gonna be a great little fishing partner.

One word. "PRICELESS"! I might also add. " It just don't get any better!

I got into fishing when I was a kid because my grandfather used to take me to nearby ponds and rivers. I also used to love going crabbing with him - we'd wake up like 4am and drive a couple hours to the Jersey shore (I was born/raised in NJ) to be the first ones there to get "our spot" on the dock. That was 20-something years ago at this point and my grandfather passed away 5 years ago... but will never forget those memories, especially so vividly, and all the great times we had. Can't wait to pass down the same to my kids and grandkids in the future.
