I have some auto repair skills,how hard is it to replace struts and shocks,special tools,are they under tenision,tricks

struts need a special compressor to get it done. can be dangerous. feel free to call me I can get it done for you.

Stephen is right. Getting the strut assembly out isnt difficult but changing the actual strut inside the coil spring can be dangerous if you dont have the right tool. If you change them yourself, feel free to bring the strut assembly and new strut by my shop in euless and ill swap em out for ya.

I would use quick struts. they are a complete unit and its just unbolt and bolt on. rear shocks are super easy. it would be a good idea to have your alignment checked after you are done. also check the upper control arm bushings while you are doing the front struts. common problem. HTH
