Is this the correct forum to ask about trailer repair?

I inherited a 17 ft Duracraft bass boat and it has been sitting for 10 years. I have some questions about some concerns about the trailer and wonder if this is the correct forum. If not where should I post?

This is as good a place as any. What's up with it other than the tires being rotten, bearing seizure or flat spots, wire deterioration? After all it's been sitting for ten years.
