Where to take trailer for repair/maint DFW?

Where to take trailer for repair/maint DFW? - 03/15/22 10:32 PM

I need some work done on my Ranger trailer in the DFW area, prefer near Fort Worth. I have bunks that need some work, lights, and repack the bearings. Anyone know where I can take it? Thanks in advance.

Another note is that most of that is stuff you can pretty easily do yourself. You just need to do the bunks at the lake.

+1, just measure your bunks and carpet them at the house. Get some new lags and a cordless drill and impact and head to the lake. The trailer place on I30 east service road in Rockwall can do the rest but no need to come that far. Surely you can find a trailer shop near home.

If you were closer I would do it all for you. Maybe a TFFer in your area will volunteer.

Just curious how you know the bearings need work? I have a 2017 Ranger Z521 tandem and I'm trying to figure out what kind of maintenance I need to look out for.

They built and installed metal fenders on my easy loader and did brakes.
All work was perfect.

McGill did a great job replacing a full axle on my 2017 Ranger trailer.

I own a Mobile Mechanical Repair Service company in Sulphur Springs, TX. I travel up to 60 miles and do the work at your home or at the boat ramp at many lake location's. I perform trailer axle service for $120 to $150 per axle which includes cleaning, inspecting and repacking with marine grease. I also do all types of small engine repairs but no boat motors. I also can repair wiring issues on the trailer and boat. 903-335-3373
