2019 F-150 A/C Issue

I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 in October 2019. The Air Conditioning hasn’t worked since I purchased it. I have taken it in to a dealer in Sherman twice but they were not able to fix it. I have called Ford and they have issued me a Case number for the issue. Since being cold, I haven’t been pushing to get this fixed, but now that it is warming up, I would like my A/C to work. Anyone know of a good Ford Dealer with a good Service Department for Air Conditioning?

Payton Wright which is now Grapevine Ford always treated me well when I lived in Roanoke and I owned Fords. It helped that I was on a first name basis with the service manager and GM. Of course owning Fords I spent a lot of time there. When I bought my first Ford there the dude that later made GM was service manager and one of his service writers always took care of me. When one moved up the other did too.
