Nice vid. I have never caught a black buffalo.. I don't even know where they hang out.

The black buffalo (Ictiobus niger) is found throughout the Mississippi River Basin. In Texas, it is mainly found in the Red River basin, but I have also caught them in the Brazos River Basin. There appears to be hybridization with smallmouth buffalo, but more research needs to be done.
