First Bass

I know I'm late to the game with Bass Fishing, but I grew up fishing Trout & Bluegill. Was extremely excited to finally reel in my first couple bass this weekend at a church members pond. Wish I had a scale and tape with me but photo's will have to do for now.

Well I started trying my lucky last year with limited time since my First son had just been born, April 2020, so I have had time to practice, just yesterday was the day it finally paid off.

Not accustom to the feeling of a bass lip, grew up fishing rainbow & brown trout, where you generally don't stick your hand in their mouth.
