Guadalupe or Spotted Bass? - 10/01/20 09:03 PM

Visited Wimberly last weekend and had an opportunity to fish the Blanco River. Girlfriend managed to catch this nice lil' bass with a green pumpkin shadz rigged on a 1/10oz finesse bulletz. She thinks it's a spotted bass but I really want it to be a guadalupe (we don't get those up here in Dallas). TPWD website says the coloration extending much lower on the body is the main indicator; what do y'all think?

Guadalupe Bass. The Blanco River is loaded with them.

prob a guad. Could be guad smallie hybrid. Would have to count the spines on the main fin.
