I stopped by Fort Sumners Processing last week and picked up some Green Chili Breakfast Sausage and they had some on the shelf for $6.95 a half pint. The people that own it are either Amish or Mennonite and told me that the older people in town just have to have it. We always called them Hog Plums, Why? I don't know.
