Extreme Plnor Fishing - Blacktip Shark State Record without a Reel

I was working on my Plnor (Pole and Line NO Reel) fishing technique and I hooked into a 102 pound blacktip shark that ended up being the Other Methods Unrestricted Texas State Record. This was a real fight without a reel. Although I landed the shark, I ended up with three big bruises and was pinned to the gunnel a couple of times lol. Plnor fishing is really exciting, but I would recommend working your way up in line size before trying a big fish.
