Nice catches. Dollys are delicious. I've had them for breakfast lunch and dinner camping on the Upper Togiak and Upper Nushagak. Highly recommended if you are still up there fishing.

I've got a couple more short trips planned throughout the year. Since I'm not in school anymore, I'm visiting at intervals to see what it's like during the different seasons.

I've caught cut throat in Montana but never a Dolly Varden.

We catch cut throat way up high in Colorado, they are delicious. Pink meat fish.
