Looks like a flathead to me. I cannot see the forked tail, but the coloration makes me believe it is a flathead. The tail is folded upon itself and it appears to be forked.

Yep pics make it hard to I.D. for sure but I believe it's a BIG channel cat too. Head doesn't look like a flathead and channels come in lots of different colors.
