a crappie would try to make a meal out of any of these. I'm always piddling around in the garage with my tackle and these baits were in with my saltwater stuff. The purple with chartreuse tail has always caught my eye. I brought out the scissors and trimmed about an inch off of the head which makes them about 3.25 to 3.5 in. and this is what I came up with. It doesn't take much to make the little tail on these wiggle.

You can feed a fish anything with the correct presentation.

November through February, fish them in the original lengths and you'll be pleased with the size of fish they will catch! Wards off the dinks...
