Favorite month to fish?

Lake is up 12"s from the rain this morning & the wind was howling everyday last week.

So I was thinking, I like May. After the water has stabilized, the wind has died down & most of the Crappie fisherman chasing spawning fish have given up for the Spring.

Next would be September. You have the lake to yourself, the lake is stabil with very little rain, the crappie are fat from feeding on Shad all Summer & grouped up offshore but haven't gone to their Winter locations yet.

October for me. Big fish, no people on the water and cooler weather.

SEP-OCT was best for me last year!

May. Fish all over catch em any way you want too!!

I fish 12 months a year. Love being on the water every chance I get no matter what.

October and November for me.

December and January, theyre easy to catch and easy to pattern, find the shad balls find the fish.

We like to fish every month!:)

Every month has its own challenge but for me it is July. Fish are congregated over deep structure by the hundreds. It's just a matter of how many you feel like catching that day.

May - August. I haven't figured out the fall bite, but I have the summer pattern down.

Favorite month...that is a hard one...I like the spring season and the fall season and the winter season during the daytime...and I like the summer season in the nighttime...hope this information helps!

#2 = Late September - October
