Word is they will take your order/money and you will get an email stating "Back Order" and three weeks later your requesting a refund at which point they charge a 15% restocking fee. Just what I have been told from past customers.

I have bought a few things from them in the last two year. Never had a issue with them.

I've bought several units and parts from that outlet store, never had an issue.

If you look up Humminbird Factory Outlet Store, Lowrance Factory Outlet Store, Garmin Factory Outlet Store, Raymarine Factory Outlet Store, they are all the same.

That "Factory Outlet Store" is no more a factory outlet than Walmart is for Sony TV's.

Other than my previous post, there is no such unit as a 1198 HDSI and never has been.
There is only the 1198c SI Combo as Shut-up-and-Fish posted.
That unit is being replaced with the 1199c HD SI for the 2014 model year.

Why is it worthless ? Just wondering..

I bought mine at walmart the gps is good but the regular 200hz is like watching regulat tv on an HDTV. I like my 561 much better and it has higher resolution by far. May be the shoot thru ducer though, I need to check that out.
