Cool Morning

Just too nice to stay home. I fished a few hours this morning with Eric. He wanted to try for something other than Catfish. We fished hard and all we could muster was nine nice Crappie. As you can see, Eric had trouble getting away from the Catfish. I stuck with Crappie and I still don't understand them, nor can I find them in any quantity. Nice to be on the lake in weather like this.

I would have enjoyed being on the water today...but other stuff got in the way.

Had lots of fun out there today and Dutch put the smack down on me while I was trying to rid the lake of flatheads. Great guy to fish with and very comfotable weather to be out in. Thanks again man for letting me tag along.

It was a nice morning for sure. I can't get em figured out either but I'm getting better. At least I catch some crappie now unlike when I started and sometimes didn't catch any.
