Ray Roberts Fishing Barge

Ray Roberts Fishing Barge - 03/01/10 02:01 AM

Went early Sat. morning thru afternoon. Very slow day. Only caught two keepers on minnows. Other guys were hitting them on jigs, still slow.

Below the dam they were hitting better.

Lots of folks launching boats. Beautiful day!

take 455 east out of Sanger. It's in the sanger marina. It's not really an enclosed barge, more like a couple of boat slips.

Its got dozen or so boats slips and 4 covered areas to fish from. Located right next to the Ray Roberts Marina. There are no signs once you are at the marina concerning the fishing barge, it's easy to miss.
