Thinking about going to Lake Navarro Mills. Can anyone give me lake water level info and how is current crappie fishing? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We were there Sat. Looks about 2 ft. Low. This time of year, the rocks along the dam are good for spawning crappie, also any of the creeks. If you want to make a stop at the Corp. of Engineers’s office, they have a map showing a good number of the brush pikes that have been sunk.

If it were me I would be hitting those creeks hard and as much as I could this week and next week. 2 more good weeks and the spawn will be completely over. Go get em.
