Those bluegills i watched you catch are great eating also, as a kid i can remember scaling gills with a teaspoon
until late into the night, and having blister on my thumb. But worth it !! fried tails are the best.

Every now and then I have myself a taste of home with whole fried and your right that potato chip was awesome.....
