RR 6-27: fishing is bad rn

Maybe it’s the full moon, maybe it’s all the water they’re letting out. Speaking for myself, the fishing was pretty bad today. We managed 20 keepers (almost all of them under 11”), and might have caught ~40 total. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come to RR until they’re done letting water out. Just my 2 cents.

Minnows were the only thing I could get a bite on today.

We were on the water for ~6 hours So, that's only ~6.5 fish per hour. And of those 6.5 fish per hour, approximately half of them were less than 10". That's a tough day compared to what we normally catch out there.

That's an average of one fish every 9 minutes......tough in the heat

i would love ONE every 9 min.

I understand. It’s just that I’m used to Conroe where you get 6.5 fish every month.
