I've hopefully spent all I'm gonna spend for a while on electronics but will be interesting to see what they bring to the table this time.

It seems that Lowrance has done their homework and have Live Sonar dialed in. It actually seems to be clearer farther distances than Garmin.
18-degree cone...I can't wait to get on the water with it.
One of the most interesting things I heard in the webinar was the word Crappie. We rarely hear any electronic manufacture use that word.
I feel Crappie fishing has grown immensely over the last few years due to Live Sonar. It looks to stay the course.

Will there be an "add on" box, that will allow us to use this with the older Elite Ti units?

Would hope my less than 2 year old box is not already obsolete?

That's not how it works man!!! Has to be an FS model per Lowrance. obsolete may be an overstatement but for sure that graph is rapidly depreciating!
